Courtyard Garden

A spacious area with a well-kept grass lawn, lined with a stone path. The garden runs along city walls with water fountains and expansive views of Bezruč Gardens. The garden is separated from the main building of the Art Centre by a stone courtyard, which opens with another historical treasure - the Jewish Gate.

The Zwinger is perfect for relaxation. It is open to public, there are benches to sit down on, and it is maintained by court gardener of the PU Faculty of Arts. Moreover, it is accustomed to hosting weddings, theatre shows (a big top tent during the Flora Theatre Festival), concerts, and exhibits of thesis projects of the Department of Art Education.

PLEASE NOTE: Sorry, no dogs allowed.
